Stephen, what a long twisty haul the Fiji real estate process is.  You took us from complete loss (and the threat of a fine) to a semblance of – I won’t say profit, but some return.  Thank you for your efforts.  I don’t envy you your job but I do appreciate what you’ve done for us hapless gringos.
